See tier pricing →Not a strategy firm. Not a freelance designer. Not a generic agency. We make the actual finished asset — and we make it for performing arts.
Days, not weeks. We deliver finished posters and videos at production speeds traditional agencies can't match — at a price point that matches your budget, not theirs.
A Mahler poster shouldn't look like a Vivaldi poster. We know that. Generic agencies don't.
We ship the actual finished asset. Your existing team handles strategy. We handle making things.
Concert 1 takes onboarding time. Concert 6 is 3× faster. Each campaign builds on the last.
We're in Los Angeles. We attend concerts. We meet boards in person. Local relationships, not Zoom-only.

A simple, predictable process. No mystery.
20 minutes. Mandatory for first projects, optional for repeat clients — they can skip straight to the written quote.
One short e-signature document covering deliverables, price, and payment terms. No legalese games.
50% deposit (or 100% for Solo tier), due within 14 days of signing. The production countdown begins the day funds clear — not the day you sign.
We collect signed permissions from anyone featured (musicians, soloists). Once those are in, design and production begin. Predictable cadence from there.

The marketing tools available to performing arts organizations have not kept pace with the audiences they're trying to reach. Modern AI tools — for image generation, video production, and brand design — make it possible to deliver genuinely high-quality creative output at a price smaller arts organizations can actually afford.
That's what we exist to do — finished posters and finished promo videos, delivered fast, music-literate, on a predictable schedule.
Dr. Maxim Kuzin holds a doctorate from UCLA and has served as Music Director of orchestras across the United States and Eastern Europe. With decades of practical experience in the classical music field — as an orchestral and choral conductor, educator, and arts administrator — he saw firsthand what orchestras actually need to fill their halls and grow their audiences.
Bel Canto, Creative Design Studio was the natural answer: built from inside the field, for the organizations that traditional agencies overlook.
